As with our seasonings, Som' Good Sauces have NO MSG. SOM’ GOOD “BUTTER YAKI SAUCE” Originally created by our sister, Patti, Butter Yaki has been our family favorite for many years so we decided to share it with everyone. Butter Yaki has become our company's Signature Sauce from which many new variations have been created. Use our popular Butter Yaki Sauce on Yaki Soba, Oyako Donburi, Kalbi Ribs, Portabello Mushrooms, and on cold Tofu. Use it for dipping, marinating, and "Butter Yaki".
Select from original Butter Yaki Sauce, Butter Yaki Spicy, Butter Yaki Garlic, and Butter Yaki Splenda. SOM’ GOOD “SPICY HAWAIIAN SAUCE” Featuring the Hawaiian chili peppers, Spicy Hawaiiian can be used simply as a salad dressing as well as a sauce for Salmon, Tofu, Yaki Soba, Dim Sum, and Spring Rolls. Select from original Spicy Hawaiian, Spicy Hawaiian Hot, Spicy Hawaiian Garlic, Spicy Hawaiian Garlic Hot. SOM’ GOOD “TSUKEMONO MIX” Tsukemono has never been so simple to make with our pre-measured, all in one mix. Our very first Sauce created over twelve years ago, it is still a popular and unique Sauce with versatility beyond just Tsukemono. Use it as a sauce for cooking, marinating, dipping or as a salad dressing.
SOM’ GOOD SALAD DRESSINGS A sweet and light vinaigrette for toss greens, pasta salad, and chinese chicken salad. Superb as a marinade for grilled shrimp, fish, chicken and pork. SOM’ GOOD GOURMET FLOUR MIX Amazingly simple to use as seasonings have already been added to our Gourmet Flour Mix. Lightly flour and bake or fry chicken in a little olive oil. Try it with broccoli, Portobello mushrooms, zucchini, asparagus, fish, shrimp, calamari, beef or stews. Used to thicken gravy. Som' Good Gourmet Flour Mix is available in 2 lb recloseable bags.
