Ingredients:
- 2 lb. mustard cabbage
- 2 lb. head cabbage
- 1 packet Som’ Good Seasoning
- 1 bottle Som’ Good Tsukemono Mix
- 1 packet sesame seeds
Prepration:
- Cut cabbage in 3/8” – 1/2” slices (or to desired size)
- Sprinkle seasoning packet into cabbage
- Mix thoroughly
- Let sit for at least 2 – 4 hours. Squeeze out water from cabbage
- Place in container and pour Tsukemono Mix over cabbage, soak 4 – 6 hours
- Sprinkle sesame seeds into Tsukemono
